Cancellations

It is important to let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your cleaning appointment. If it is cancelled after this time, then we will need to charge a cancellation fee of £25.00. If you do need to cancel, please contact Karen or Mike on 07860 465577 or email servicescareclean@gmail.com

Price Increases

Careclean Cleaning Services will inform companies in advance of any price alterations.

Aftercare Services

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the cleaning services carried out, domestic or commercial please contact us within 48 hours for us to correct our work. After this time the work will be chargeable at a reduced rate.

Payment

We accept cash, cheque and payment can also be made via BACS.

Stain Removal

Although every attempt will be made to remove stains from carpets, upholstery, curtains, hard flooring etc, and most stains can be removed, Careclean Cleaning Services cannot guarantee the removal of all types of stains.

Breakable objects

It is imperative that any breakable objects e.g., ornaments, plant pots, cups, plates etc are all moved out of the area where we will be cleaning. Careclean Cleaning Services cannot be held responsible for broken items during our cleaning appointment.

Furniture Removal

Careclean Cleaning Services will move the furniture around as we are cleaning carpets and put it back as we go along. The customer doesn't have to move the furniture, only the breakable objects as in the previous paragraph. We use protective foil when putting furniture back onto the slightly damp carpet.
